How I wish I had 37 grand extra right now. I'd grab it in a second.
Really extraordinary what folks back in that time period could come up with.

That's definitely a classic.... Not sure if you would want to actually camp in something like that.... Even 30' campers feel small after a few days living in one.

Wouldn't use it to camp, but I'd make a mint renting it to show at RV shows and events. Trailer only.

You didn't need a camper then, there was either a forest all around you or wide open spaces so large no other human life was visible in any direction.
Motor camping was Huge in the early 1900s. Roosevelt, Vanderbilt, all the fabulously wealthy used to do it. Just jump in a motorcar, maybe with the whole club along and head into the Adirondacs, the swamps, the deserts.
That's initially what brought us the Lincoln Highway, Route 66, all those other roads too
