Interesting handles on the pot.
it’s old, came with my house and now lives in the camp box for heat dishwater. Durable, fairly light and cools down fast.Interesting handles on the pot.
I got skunked on a $20 nickle fount 220 about a month ago. Jerk messaged me as I was pulling into the parking lot 5 min early to say he had sold it.One of those would be cool...
If I'm gonna spend any kind of bigger money on anything Coleman... it's gonna be old or one of the Sportsman Series Lanterns.
They do still make propane Northstars.Nice, keep us posted when you get to try it out. I have kinda been interested in one of those too.
I thought the Northstar was pretty cool looking but those ridiculous mantles were so fragile, maybe that's why it's gone...? That's why I got rid of my propane Northstar. I'd probably keep a dual fuel one around if I found one but I'd never use it.
You can adjust how far from the heat you are.I have seen those drip coffee makers a few times at thrift stores. Seemed like a gimmick when a percolator is just as, or more handy.
Coleman makes some weird stuff. I saw they had a "tripod lantern holder/grill"... why you would want you food swinging around on that thing is confusing to me. Seems like a great way to lose it in the fire.
Yeah, I like that part, but the grill swinging from one piece of chain is going to adjust my food right into the coals I am almost having a panic attack thinking about scraping a hamburger patty off that thing! You can adjust how far from the heat you are.
At least bouncing off the poles will limit lantern swingage, especially with the bigger vents.Yeah, I like that part, but the grill swinging from one piece of chain is going to adjust my food right into the coals I am almost having a panic attack thinking about scraping a hamburger patty off that thing!
