It's been highs in the teens/single digits below and lows in the -20s for the last week or so. Looks like another week or so at least. What does my Ranger decide to do? Dump all its freshly changed oil on the drive home from work! I noticed low oil pressure and pulled over, 4 miles from home. Nothing on dipstick, added the 1/2 gallon I had in the truck and limped it the rest of the way home. Oil all over the back and driver side of the engine, trans, frame, etc. Weird yellow foamy stuff coming out of where the breather hose connects to the oil fill cap. I have no heated shop so this problem will probably wait until it warms up to investigate. Just this morning I was bragging about how reliable it was, always started in the coldest weather, would trust it driving CC, etc. I think it's jealous of the F250 we bought recently and it's punishing me.
