No all you'll need is an alignment afterwards.

For the rear, a set of Beltech shackles will perk it up about 1.5". If you need more than that get a AAL or another block.

What are you planning on using for coil spacers? About everyone on here will steer you away from anything but washer stacks. I have a set ready to go into mine right now. I'm into them about 20 bucks with the can of spray paint. Here's a pic:

Just make sure you buy washers that are big enough. 1 3/8" inside diameter is what you want I think...
I bought smaller than that, and now have to use a drill and grinding stone to make the holes a bit bigger, because they dont clear the bolt head on the bottom of the bolt that screws into the axle beam and holds the spings. I could have just bought more washers, but that was more expensive then a $4 grinding stone. for 14 washers, total cost was about $15, although Im only planning on using 6 per side (the extra two are to level it out if needed)

Washers as spacers are completely safe, even un-welded. Don't let anyone tell you that they are not.

Everyone and their brother here on TRS has run them at one time or another for the last 10 years with no problems.

I only welded them because I saw a video that had them welded on youtube. I agree though, they would be fine without welding them.

1-3/8" nominal size washers actually have a ID of about 1-5/8".
1-1/4" nominal size washers actually have a ID of about 1-3/8".

I'm going to use fastenal's website to make sure I get the exact size I need based on ID and OD measurements.

Can someone confirm they are 1-3/8" ID that we need, and not 1-3/8" nominal size washers?

Yes, thats exactly what I wanted to confirm, thank you!

The tech article mentions 1-3/8" washers, and then later specifies a 1-3/8" ID.... which, as you have pictured, are two different things. Obviously whats important is that the ID is 1-3/8 and OD is 3", which is a 1-1/4" nominal size washer.

Washers are the way to go, the daystars deteriorate, and the aluminum ones crack. Don't even get me started on the rubber ones that "thread" into the coil windings.
