Clunking noise in front end when moving at any speed. I removed the driveshaft and it still does it, so I know it's not the cv joint. I jacked up each front wheel individually and can turn the wheel about 1/4 turn and it gets in a bind. Does it with both sides.

Keep your mind like an umbrella, it only works if its open... Continually learning.
Welcome to the site.

The hubs maybe stuck in the lock position. I would check the boots to see if they are torn. Then grab the axle shaft and see if it moves in any direction other than turning.
