Anybody have the chrome trim that sits over the wheel wells? I can't seem to find these anywhere but would love to add to my truck. Let me know!

Having owned an '86 STX, an '88 XLT and a '90 STX, I do not recall those being available for the Rangers. Were they? I did get them on my '90 F-150 XLT and they ended up being a bit of a grit/salt catcher which caused rust.

My '85 XL came with them but they ended up being the stick-on trim from some place like JC Whitney.

yeah it’s definitely hit/miss. I see them most consistently in 4x4 trim models. I love the way they look on the non-2 tone body, but they’re really elusive. A lot of the 3rd party options are really wide, which is not the look I’m working towards. It may be useful to narrow the search to B2’s though, from your tip.

What's interesting is that I see trim on the front wheel opening but not the rear.

I clicked the link and zoomed in on the image. It sure looks very similar to the stuff I removed. My F-150 wheel well trim extended into the fender openings and screws held it in place, that went into the lip in the fender. I don't see that in that image.

Also, my '86 and '88 where dark grey over silver. The trim would get lost on the silver so maybe the trim has something to do with the body color? As in, dark colors got the trim while others (silver) did not. Dunno, Ford does weird things.

Hope you're able to find something that makes you happy (and your truck look nice).
