You will now notice that there is a 'prefix' drop down menu to the left of the thread titles. When you start a thread, you will be required to choose a 4-cylinder engine from that drop down. This allows us to consolidate the forum down, and makes it easier for you to filter out only the engines you're interested in. If you look at the 'Filters' dropdown just to the top right of the thread title, you will see that you can filter the forum to only show specific prefixes.

If you already have a discussion posted here, you can update your title and add the appropriate prefix.

Look at you, fixin stuff! I think there should be a sticky (4 cylinder I.D) at the top. Alot of folks still seem to get very confused over the lima vs duratec. Unless that's already somewhere I haven't seen it. 2.0, 2.3 and 2.5 lima can be lumped together for the most part, but when your trying to help someone with a 2.3 and they mistake a lima for a duratec or vice versa it becomes useless info.

I'll even volunteer to write it (if it don't exist)

Thank goodness ! Have my beloved TC Lima motor in the 'stang, but I drive the duratec 2.3 daily. Hopefully things become a little easier to reference. Three different Ford 2.3 engines of significance and I own two, Not the most recent turbo. Search for answers on a 2.3 ford and you get 50 years to scroll through.

There was also a 2.3 diesel. So.... technically four different 2.3 engines. :icon_rofl:
