cheapest one you can find on rock auto. It's obd1 so it won't even know the difference.

Rangers were OBD2 in 1995.

O.e.m is always best but depending on your state laws a universal one would be fine.

Yeah state laws in Virginia just require you to have. Not what kind to have

I have always used magnaflow cats on my 94 3.0. If I recall they are made by car sound, which is part of magnaflow. They sell single cats also.
And it runs good with no issues

Did they have downstream O2 in 95?
Nothing has a "downstream O2", the rear one is a Cat Monitor and the base part number is different.

Only difference between the upstream and downstream sensor is the wire length...

We can all agree "magnaflow" and "flowmaster" are silly names right?

My son is a big Flowmaster fan, I think they have a hollow, tin can sound unless there's a short glass pack behind them acting as a resonator. Magnaflow makes quality stuff but it's expensive. The Jones Maxflow is a lot cheaper and touted as "just like Magnaflow". I took the Maxflow back off my 351 Ranger because under load it sounded somewhere between spitting and farting, it looks good though. Neither name is as stupid as Subarus "Symmetrical" all wheel drive or Hondas "real time" all wheel drive.
