I have a 2001 XLT and I'm working on my cooling system again. I needed to replace both pigatils for the coolant temperature sensors (on the thermostat housing) since the wire was frayed. However I can't seem to find these pigtails anywhere! Has anyone ever replaced these before? I'm really trying to get this job done before this coming week and it's not looking so good right now. I would seriously appreciate any help

and now I can't upload a picture of the pigtails via URL so I'll just post the link, this is like my own personal hell wow

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

Dealership is sure to be able to get them. Often when pigtails like that are found at parts stores they cost more than the dealer because they are buying them from Ford and marking them up.

I’d go to a junk yard and look around for a set. They look like injector connectors.
I snip them and solder them in.
