Can u put spacers on the back drums?

Do they make spacers for drums. On the back are drums do they make spacers for the rear of my truck?

I'm having to put spacers on the front to get my new wheels to fit so i need some for the back to make it look right but the back is drums thats why i'm asking.

Yea, it doesn't make a difference drum or disc.

From what I understand you you should be able to use the same ones on the back as you do for the front, even though they may say disc only.

I am using some because I have a Ranger axle in a B2 and it's too narrow. Make sure you get the kind with it's own studs--not the washer type. The guy I bought mine from said they kept coming loose on him. I think having the correct nuts is important. I also use red Locktite and beef them down good and tight. I never had an issue.
