Can I get adapters to convert my ranger lug pattern so I can fit bronco rims or will they fit ?

I have a 95 ranger and my friend has a 89 bronco idk if the rims will fit anyone know

Yes, not Bronco, but Bronco II will usually fit

Besides the lug spacing, the center hole size can also be an issue, and "back spacing", it there is not enough then the wheel can hit the brake calipers
