C4 trans hook up to stock transfer case?

Doing a 302 swap here soon and using a c4 and needing to know will it hook up to my transfer case or what do I need to do to make it work? Thanks

Assuming BW1350 transfer case based on 1989 in your member info

Google: C4 bw1350 adapter

It was a popular adapter but I don't think it is made any more
They were available in different lengths to get very close to existing placement so less drive shaft modification.
