Bumper hardware

Hi, can anyone give me a complete list of what size speed nuts and bolts are needed to properly mount a factory front bumper?

I had a broken bracket and finally am getting around to replacing it. I found that there was only one bolt holding it to the frame on each side, plus the bolts and speed nuts for the brackets are very chewed up with rust on mine, so most of the broke while trying to remove them.

If any one has a list it would be greatly appreciated, I want to make sure I put it back on correctly and not hear it vibrating when I hit bumps. Thanks in advance

Sorry I forgot to mention that in my post! It's a 99 2WD stick shift. It had fog lights on it at one point but they have been removed, as it is not the bumper that came on the truck. I pulled it off another 99 ranger in a junkyard a few years ago
