85 ranger 2 door, when i got it only came with 2 speakers on the dash
here in the near future i will add door speakers
but back to topic, heres what i did to get good sounds at a good price. (i only spent maybe, 10- 20$ in total?)
i had replaced the front dash speakers, and added FOUR ;missingteeth; yamaha speakers in the back behind the seats (3ohm).
took off the front dashboard assembly and wired then up for rear left, and rear right. straight forward process.
now for what it is, and how much i spent, i must say you cant go wrong with jerry rigging. i have good bass behind me on my ass and good higher frequencies in the front. (hence why i wanna add door speakers for mid sound)

just posting this to give you an idea if you plan on routing some budget speakers for temporarily. if you wanna put speakers behind the seat make sure you dont get ones that are too big, and its recommended that you make a speaker box for it. only about maybe 6in of clearance behind the seat.
