Good luck. Dont have any experience with a swap, but the modular overhead cam v8's are very wide in comparison to a pushrod v8. Will be a tight fit.

Yep, you'll likely have to completely eliminate the heater/AC plenum, you'll be hand fabbing headers more than likely, you'll be building a custom steering shaft with pillow block bearings for support, etc.. Not to mention the frame and/or crossmember modifications.

Not saying it can't be done because it can, but you'll have your work cut out for you. There's a reason not many of these swaps exist. There are a TON of engines that are much easier to swap.
