2.3L ('83-'97) Broken vacuum line

Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Can you tell me where this line connects to. It was connected to the top of the diaphragm at the top but broken on the other end.

No vacuum routing diagram on the core support?

Looks to be the EGR... that hose most likely goes to an EGR solenoid. Don't have a bunch of experience with those engines. Someone that does will chime in I would guess.
