Breaks soft go all the way to the floor

I rebuilt the rear drums and replaced the disc calipers on the front. when I bleed the break lines I get most of my break pressure back for a short period but then it's gone again. I'm not loosing any fluids also. Power stop calipers

Lead follow or get out of my way
Rear brake adjustment plays a huge role in pedal height... ensure rear brakes are properly adjusted

I would also ensure you don't have a rubber line ballooning up under pressure.

You sure there is no air left in the system? No Leaks?

You still have air in the system that is either trapped or you didn't bleed it all out the first time.

Start at the right rear then to the left rear onto the front right and lastly the front left.

You can make a catch can using a soda bottle and a vacuum hose. poor some fluid in to the bottle insert the hose so the end stays under the top of the fluid, crack open the bleeder valve and press the peddle. lift up slowly and repeat to bleed but be sure to keep the master cylinder reservoir at least half full because if it goes dry you can suck air in the system and need to start again.

No leaks. And theres no air in the lines when I get done bleeding them but I get air back in after it sits for a while. As if i never blead them. None of my metal lines are leaking and i dont see any leaks from the rubber lines. Could the rubber lines pull air in if they went bad?

Me and my wife blead them till I was filling half a water bottle each. I went through 3 qts of break fluid. I'm on my fourth qt

There is no air after I bleed them. But the next day I'll have no breaks again and have to bleed them

You said you bled the lines. Are you cracking the banjo bolts, or opening the bleeders?

Also, have you replaced the crush washers, or were they reused?

IN your pic it looks as you have 2 banjo bolt gaskets at the bolt head are there 2 or is this just an optical illusion?

EDIT: one washer (crush seal) per side at the caliper if you have both on one side will will let air in and most likely is letting some fluid out also.

I use the bleeder and a hose on the nipple with the end in a bottle. I have my break pusher start to press the brake while I crack bleeder than hold till bubbles stop tightening up than letting go of break rinse repeat. Yes new crush washers that came with calipers.3

It came with three in the pack and for whatever reason. I just copied what was on there previously two on top and one on the bottom

Double gasketing will usually leads to leaks. Maybe @adsm08 can shed some light on this one?

Good to know I'll fix that. the one I pulled off had three on it and my new pack came with three must just be an extra in the pack in case you lose one.

Explains why the brakes didnt work before I started all this. Dam do I feel stupid

I would just check both sides to make sure it isn't the same way on the drivers side also.
