Body Lift?

i was wondering how hard it is to install a body lift on a b2?

Good question...I had originally planned on doing 33/12.50's with no lift. Im thinking of now doing a body lift while I'm waiting on the tires to arrive. Not sure what to go with though....I'll be watching this thread to see what people are using.

thanks....im not planning on going that big with my tires... i have 215' now and i dont think im going to go much bigger then a 235 or a 245 with a 2'' body lift... im just trying to give it a little beefyer look.......

the cheapest ive found for a 2 inch body lift is from jamesduff.com quality wise i think most companies are the same but im sure others will chime in

Pwrranger88, how do you like those poly body mounts? Doing the body lift would be a good time to change these old ones out...I have used poly trans and engine mounts before and the vibration transmitted to the vehicle was pretty noticeable, did you notice much difference when these were installed?

when doing the body lift it is the easiest time to change the body mounts
the poly cab bushings made a big difference on my ranger it rode allot smoother then it did with the dry rotted factory rubber bushings. i plan on replacing the cab mounts with poly ones on my bronco ll when i do my body lift

he was talking about the cab mounts the factory ones are usually dry rotted and when you do your body lift it is a good time to replace them cause you have every thing apart already. the reason i went with poly because they are allot cheaper then any rubber replacement ones i could find

nope the lift blocks go over your existing body mounts

they are more durable some people say they make the ride quality harsher on my truck it made it feel more stable
