94 ranger 2.3. My blower stopped working. It will not come on at any speed. Blower fuse is good. I bought a new motor and it works when hooked to battery. When I plug the new motor into the blower connector I get nothing at any setting. I have voltage at the connector with key on and switch set to any speed. I've changed the resistor just to be sure for known good. What am I missing?

The blower motor should also have a relay. Check that.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that 94 doesn't have a relay for the blower.

Just wanted to reply back and say I solved my problem. The connector behind the passenger side kick panel was melted. It carried the wire to the blower that supplied 12 volts. After fixing it with new connectors the new blower works great.
