Just curious. It's stock now but I plan on giving it more power. Not going over board as it is a DD but def gonna get more. What would be the best rear gear I could get that would give me more of a kick but wouldn't be bad on the highway say I'm cruising at about 65. Thanks

Depends on tire size a lot as well. Usually the deepest ratio you will see with stock size tires is 4.10

I'm gonna assume by that you mean the 225/70R15 stock size. In that case I'd say 3:73's would be good. 4:10's if you wanna go for the upper edge of power. Anything more seems silly with tires that small.

Ive got 3:73 gears in my 93 and use 31" tires. get good gas mileage and has some good get up and go "feel." wouldn't mind 4.10's if I could find a set for the D35.

Overall 3.73's are your best bet.

what gears you got now?

My credo
If you ain't first you're last
With 31s and 3.73s it was a nice combo. Now I got 33s and I wish I had 4.10s!! With your size the highest I'd go is 3.73s if you wanna retain DD status.
