Bosch is generally always a safe bet for fuel injectors. They make most OEM injectors anyway.

50 a set would typically be remanufactured or really cheap chinese stuff. 50 a peice would be OEM brand new ford injectors. Usually you can buy NEW not remanufactured bosch, denso, or other name brands for 20-30 a piece.

Like mike mentioned you can also get rebuild kits which will have new o-rings, filter baskets and pintle caps. A good option IF the internal solenoid is still in good condition. If the solenoid doesn't open or close all the way a rebuild kit wont fix them.

You might won't to check your fuel manifold. It might be full of rust if your ranger set for a length of time. Rebuilding the ones you got will give you a re-manufactured injector. I have done this several times over the years. If the coil inside the injector works Rebuilding them is your best route. Dirty

I bought some rebuilts on ebay...they where useless. Couldn't even get the truck to idle. Swapped the old ones back in and bam, up and running again. Buyer beware

I did the same thing although I got the name of the company and ordered them direct. Reman Bosch. They're garbage and leak like mad. And the company doesn't return phone calls or emails for their "lifetime warranty". Just put a new kit on what you have assuming the solenoid is working.

I have bought two sets of reman, blow matched, Bosch injectors from E-bay for my 4.0s. One set were yellow tops, one were reds. Both sets are over five years in with no issues so far.
