Is it possible to bed swap a 2002 Ranger bed onto a 1992 Ranger ?

It will bolt up nicely, but the body lines will not match. It will also stick out from the cab an inch and a half on either side

Thank you so much for the reply! I’m not concerned at all with the bod lines as long as it will bolt up! Thanks again!

As long as the beds are the same length, then yes. Taillight wiring harnesses may have changed, not sure if the plug behind the bumper stayed the same. It will definitely look odd, but it works. Also the fuel filler neck may or may not fit quite right

Thank you very much. I was actually wondering about the fuel neck myself.

Filler neck is different for fleetside vs. stepside beds, but I’m not sure how much of an issue it is on different years
