In trying to remove the T55 bed bolts, 2 clips have broken. I shot them from below with Bolt Buster and let the set for a while before attempting to remove. Any one have a solution for removal? Thanks!

My credo
Let the universe take you where it will !!!
Clamp them with a good pair of vice grips to hold the nut still, than work them out a little heat, and back and forth, adding pb blaster or equivalent as you go, should eventually work them out. If you can get to the underneath the bed well enough use a wire brush to clean exposed threads

If that dont work drill em out grind em off and if all else fails some tannerite should do it

mini grinder of some sort on the clip nuts. cut a slot then pry it open to release the threads.
don't be afraid to use a chisel.

Thanks guys! Already used the Tannerite on an old console TV, so the others I will try.

Cut the bolt off then cut the U clip. It will fall right off.

I used Roert42's method when doing a bed repair on my old Ranger.
