Hi everyone. I am using a set of D28 beams in a 2wd application, due to them being stamped steel and easy to fabricate, and also free. I would like to do the D44 knuckle upgrade to match the rear axle bolt pattern, and to get bigger brakes. I've read the writeup for doing this on the D35 axle, and it seems straightforward. I was wondering if the beam ends on the D28 axle are the same as those on a D35?

Thanks for the help.

I have read that they are not the same, but I don't know the differences, except for shock mounting and bolt pattern for the 3rd member.
