Dont shoot me but I just did a cable upgrade on my jeep. And this guy fabs up custom battery cables to your spec for a reasonable price in my opinion and great for any upgrades you do on your charging system. I like the battery terminal. God low resistance wires are real important for higher amp systems and solid connections a must. Kellys Works in Progress some good reading material.

Yeah a wiring upgrade is not needed if you are stock. But if you got some auxiliary lighting, a high amp alternator, stereo system or a high power CB or ham radio setup, the wiring definitely needs upgraded. Especially these newer vehicles.

Tote'n some 2 gauge jumper cables in my truck. :D

Going to run some 4 gauge wiring to my trunk of the car.
