Hello Everyone, I recently bought a 1993 Ford Ranger 4x2, Regular Cab with the 4.0 Liter V6 and a 5 Speed. Anyway the 5 Speed Transmission was BAD in it and that is the one of the reasons I got such a pretty good deal on it. OK now for my QUESTION, I replaced the 5 speed but the wires on the Back Up Switch (that is Screwed Into / Location of Sensor is on the Passenger Side of the Transmission) wires was BROKEN and there made into the switch and all the switches I found or have bought are just the switch's and don't have the wire on them and the MAIN PROBLEM is the Tread Pitch or Pattern on them are DIFFERENT than the one I need. Does ANYONE know the right Part Number or where to get the right one with the Wiring made into it? THANKS

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
What vehicle did your replacement transmission come from and what model is the transmission?

That's the neutral sense switch, the reverse light switch is on the driver side and the plastic is usually red
