In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
But with levers you know the computer isn’t going to mess it up, you have more control of the vehicle.

And with the wood spoke wheels you can just replace the bad one instead of throwing away a whole wheel.

:ROFLMAO:
Some things should be automated slightly.

That is what us old folks call a "brain fart"
You think of something, and then "thfhhhhhhhpooosh", it's away in the wind.

And that is the first step towards fully automated cars. :fie:
Yup, automatic spark advance was the first step down the slippery slope!

If you walk back to the other end of the shop you'll remember why you came over here.

The best part of Alzheimer's is that you meet so many new people!

I am often not allowed to forget why I walked across the shop. I am one of the three most senior techs, and I am one of the top two diagnosticians in my dealership. If I walk across the shop whoever's bay I end up in reminds me why I am there. If I walk across the shop and have no idea what I am doing when I get there, I am most likely in my own bay.

I've been at work for 6 hours now... There have been so many stupid questions today that I only had time to open the top of my toolbox. The bottom half and the cart are still locked.
