AOD TV cable

this is my DD, i need the AOD so i can go on the highway. I wheel on the weekends, nothing hardcore. I just need to find out how to hook this all up.

ok so where does the TV cable hook to? ...and what location does the cable floor shifter hook to? Use my pic on page 1 for reference points.

I have the lokar cable already. It replaces the existing arm on the transmission. You just undo the nut and take the arm off and put the new one on. I'll see if I can get pictures of mine tonight. I just don't have the carb side done yet. i don't have the linkage done yet either. I have to fabricate up a mount for the cable at the transmission.

My shifter hookup is at the top rather than the bottom. I believe the lokar cable can be setup either the way for the top or bottom. I still need to get the linkage part for the carb.

sweet! So thats an Edelbrock 4bbl carb and intake i see. I have a motocraft 2bbl but cannot find any aftermarket brackets for it. I dont really wanna spend all that money on a new 4bbl intake and carb...

I have a performer rpm manifold and afb carb i would be willing to sell. PM me if your interested.
