i dunno, i only try like 1 and 2 and i tried 3 this time, same thing. the first time, when my mechanic came to the scene, he had to shift it into reverse real hard and it made grinding noise like a mofo when he did. i guess i'll give a look at possibly bleeding it out. i have read how it's done like a hundred times and still not sure what i'm supposed to do, i'll have to ask my mechanic.Find a junkyard unit with low mileage, preferably from a newer truck. It's cheaper.. Syncros are rather easy... You have to pump the clutch to get in gear sometimes? Weak slave maybe, or a sticky pilot bearing, or even possible air is trapped in the hydraulic system.. Syncro's pick a gear at a time, they all don't go at once. Also, what gears are you having trouble getting into?
