all I remember was 45 degrees for the shock mounts to make it stock. 6.5 degrees positive caster for the pinion with the spring seats set at 0 degrees with 3-4 inches of lift.

This is what I went by when I put mine together a couple weeks ago. The Explorer perches are the same width as a Ranger so if you want to lower your truck 4-5" you can run them spring under and just add shock mounts.

The center isn't centered on the diff either. I used Ruffstuff perches and shock mounts, they look pretty nice. They are a sponser here on TRS, enter RANGER when you order and you get 10% off. The inside measurements are based on their part measurements not Fords. The axle hasn't made its way in the truck quite yet though... it is sitting on the floor if you need any other measurements.

I'm just Exploring (pun intended) putting one under the 95 F150 I'm working on now. Unless I can find a 90's Bronco 8.8, the Explorer units are easier and cheaper to find. The F150's housing(not to the axle flanges) is 60" wide, spring pads are 45" ctr to ctr. I didn't get the pinion location measurments, Thanks to all input

:icon_idea: Hmm, might be just the right width overall with the 15 x 10's I have with 4" backspacing. I think I've hit on an easy way to narrow the rear on F150's.........59.5 + 12 (two 15 x 10's with 4" B/S =12" of wheel outside the axle flange) = 71.5. 60 + 5" (width of the 2 axles outside the housing) + 7 (width of the two 15x 7 stock wheels w/ 4" B/S) = 72.

'95+ and you get disc brakes for free too, '150's didn't get that until '99. :icon_thumby:

I'd rather have the drums on the rear. Got discs on my 99 SD F250 and the parking brake leaves a lot to be desired. Twice the parts back there too.
