I came across this site http://www.myhotranger.com/ and am curious if any of you guys have had any experience with them, for some reason they seem sketchy, but that might just be me.

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau's website, and they are not Accredited with them. I then found this page that says "buyer beware" about them and a couple other sites that appear to be owned by the same parent company.

http://www.automotiveforums.com/t980240-buyer_beware__.html

Their parent company is not an Accredited Business:

EDIT: Wow, they get a D- for:

Reason for Rating

BBB rating is based on 16 factors. Get the details about the factors considered.

Factors that lowered KASA Auto Parts, LLC's rating include:

Length of time business has been operating.
152 complaints filed against business
6 complaints filed against business that were not resolved.

Factors that raised KASA Auto Parts, LLC's rating include:

Response to 152 complaint(s) filed against business.
BBB has sufficient background information on this business.

Customers have alleged the company shipped them incorrect or defective parts. Some of these customers have reported problems receiving refunds. In some cases, customers have stated they were informed a 25% restocking fee would still apply.

The company has responded to complaints presented by the Better Business Bureau. In some instances they have stated they shipped the correct item and the customer was only due a refund less the 25% restocking fee.
