1990 ranger non a/c 2wd.....when driving down the highway with the heater completely off, you can feel air coming out of the dash vents.... no issues with hot or cold, so I am guessing its not the blend door.... any ideas???

Is it really coming out (with pressure) or just kind of "leaking" out?

If the recirc door is in the open (fresh air/Vent) position that will happen because you are getting a ram air effect through the cowl.

In my 87 at 55 MPH I can get it coming in almost as fast as the high speed of the fan.
