I have a '92 Ranger XLT and I've bee looking for aftermarket headlights and taillights, preferably would like to go LED. But I haven't been able to find any. Every site I've tried only has OEM replacement housing. And I need new headlights really bad, because the low beams point almost directly down, and high beams look like what low beams should be. And yes they are adjusted to aim as far up as they can go...

Yeah... there just isn't as many options for the second Gens... later gens have many more options.

There were a couple threads recently with discussion on headlamps for these... I don't remember where they landed but search them up and you might find choices/solutions.

Sweet, thank you! Also I didn't realize that a '92 was a 2nd gen. Do you mind explaining the years per generation really quick?

There is an article in the tech library...

There are differing opinions on this... Jim made his stance and it is how we address them here.

Something to look for when buying headlamp assemblies. Make sure the adjusting screws have the hex head on the back. I just bought a set that are smooth, so can’t be adjusted. I could get a screw driver in the front when the grill is disassembled… but that’s a royal pain.
