Hello, long time reader and I recently made an account. I'm excited to be a more active part of the community. This is my truck. It was my grandfather's before he passed. Before he had it, it was a survey truck of some kind and has holes in the dash for a display. I started with the project by cranking the bars ard adding 2" blocks to the rear because the tires rubbed under articulation. The tires were 31" Nankank mudstars, around Cragar V-5 steel wheels, I loved those tires. Made a winch mount using the stock front tow point hardware.
Later I added a Lockrite mechanical locker. It's not the most street friendly thing but it was a game changer for wheeling.
After a few years of that setup I added the torsion keys from my original lift kit. To keep the geometry correct I paired them with BTF upper control arms.
This is the truck currently. It's on 33" narrow Falken wildpeaks with no front swap bar and rigid lights front a rear. This has been a great truck for camping and offroading, mainly in the Daniel Boone national forest.
Thanks for checking it out. Can't wait to talk more with everyone.
