adjustments on Motorcraft 1910 2-bbl carburetor

Can somebody tell me a base starting spot on the 2 needels on the bottom of a Motorcraft 1910 2-bbl carburetor, I cann't find my book and it has been a long time. Also if I turn them in dose that lean or richen Thank You

1 and a half to two turns out is the starting point. Can't remember which way's rich.
