Any one have suggestions on nerf bars, side steps for the bronco II?
I see that DEE ZEE has universal but I'm looking for something different. had those on my last BII and wasn't impressed.
What have you used, how much fab went into getting them fit on? photos would be awesome. anything else, measurements to look for or ???

Not a whole lot of options out there unfortunately...

I built bars from scratch for mine out of 2x3" tubing. Of course I needed them to function as a little bit more than just side steps though.
They're attached with bolts to the body mount brackets.

I tried the Dee Zee universals. I could make the passenger work with a little fab and welding. I couldn't make the driver side work, just nowhere to mount the brackets to the frame. Someday I might try again and fab up some like 4x4Junkie.

Thanks for the info. Think I'm going to look at some rock slider steps for Jeeps. I'll take some measurements and get something close and then fab them up to work. It may take some time but I'll find something I suppose.
