a4ld to stick

can you guys tell me what I need to swap an a4ld to a stick?
what trans and from what year vehicle
pedals again what year and vehicle
driveshaft year and vehicle
and anything else I need to complete the swap
thanks for the help because I am 60 and handicapped
have help but it will be slow and need everything
in front of us.

88 ranger 4x4 2.9

Trans: M5OD 4x4, Explorer is the best bet to find one that will fit NQA.

Pedals: gen 1 is the best bet.

Driveshafts: existing rear will work. If you grab a 1354 case you will need the corresponding front driveshaft. And by "if" I mean do it.

Anything else: You will need to apply and extra metric ****-ton of bad-assery to your truck to handle the extra awesome. The A4LD vehicles weren't given enough to handle having a manual trans and so they just disintegrate at the molecular level if you don't add a LOT more bad-ass. I recommend a brush or roller for liberal application to the frame and underside of floor pan. That stuff is very hard to get sprayed on correctly.
