88 4x4 2.9 want to swap to stick what is needed so when I go to the junk yard I know what to ask for
pedals from what and what years?
trans from what and years?
drive shaft from what and years?
anything else you guys can think of

Trans from a 2.9 or 4.0 (same bell housing), clutch kit, trans tunnel floor plate, shifter, master cylinder, clutch pedal, ECM from a standard 2.9. I think that's it. Driveshaft will bolt right up. Lots of write ups on it. Do a search and look in the tech section.

The pedal assembly has to be from a 84-88 if you want things to go smoothly.
