I'm trying to find a set of A-arms for the ranger that will allow me more wheel travel and wider stance, kinda like a buggie susp. I would like to try to keep the stock spindles if I can and and coil spring set up. So I was wondering if anybody has ever built a set or knows of company that makes a set like this.
thanks for the time.

are you torsioned up front or coil sprung? If you did a small coilover it would kinda easy to do. I dont think your goin to find any kits that will work with the factory spindle as most use uni-balls and the new spindle can compensate for bump steer and otehr things. Your best bet would be to build some. just make a template of your arms, trace them onto a sheet of steel you can use for a jig, then take your template an dtrace it to the metal sheet, extend the ball joints how ever far you want them and built it out of some heavy walled tube that follows your new template that is longer.

kinda brief on how to do it but i think if gives you the idea

that would be awesome if I had the welder and the tube bender to do something like that. Do you know anybody around here that has the abilty that wouldn't cost a arm and a leg and would be willing to let me help and learn.
