so I put a new trans in my 99 ranger.

everything went together pretty good and fluid is full....or so the dipstick says..( checked w/engine running)

put truck into gear and nothing...

pulled the 2 lines off that run to the trans cooler...

not pumping...

I did fill the TC before the trans went in...

any other ideas would be greatly appreciated...:icon_confused:

How long did you allow it to pump fluid?

Reason I ask is because maybe the lines were completely dry and the fluid flow had not reached the radiator yet.

Recheck your level to see if it dropped some.

Just a thought.
