How hard is it to change rear shocks on a 97 Ranger 4x4?

Is there specific shock specs? Obviously I've never done this before!!!

If the suspension is stock (not lifted), all you need to specify is that the shocks are for your Ranger (and that it's for the rear). Most shock catalogs have applications listed by vehicle year, make & model.

FWIW, the rear shocks are 26.5" long fully extended, standard eye-mount on both ends.
They unbolt from the frame at the top, the axle at the bottom (rusted bolts would really be the only thing that could make replacement difficult). :icon_thumby:
