How do I get the tracks of the new seats?? Everyone says it's just a couple bolts and really easy. But the tracks seem integrated into the upper part too. It's not just unbolt and switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any pics?

If you are messing with a solid bench they don't just unbolt. Buckets or a 60/40 split bench should be 4 bolts per side.

I do have pics but I don't know how to load from my phone.
The seats I'm taking out are a 60/40 split with armrest, and the ones I bought to go are pretty much the same, just newer and from a single cab. I unbolted all the bolts but the upper back rest part of the seat is attached to the bracket by the back adjust. 
I hope these work...

You have to have them hosted on another website like photobucket.

Then click on the yellow button with a mountain in it when you go to make a post and insert the address for the pic in the box, over whatever "http://" that comes in the box.

Assuming you've taken out the 4 bolts per side, have you taken off the plastic trim to try and examine the area?

weird because my 86 has 60/40's converted to buckets from a 97 ranger, no problems, the bottom of the seat has more than one set of holes on the front part and should just bolt right up, mine did. Just had to drill the other 4 holes since I had a bench seat originally, and that was easy because there's dimples on the floor where to drill, thank you ford :)
