Would anyone know what tool would be best to use for this and the size mm or inch of the socket needed? Also curious if they are normally hex or rounded. Would super appreciate the info

1/2" head, threads are 5/16 x 18
they are a special bolt with a self locking flange and a big bulging head.
any 1/2 " tool will remove them.
