I am replacing my automatic locking wheel hubs for manual WARN locking hubs. The automatic hubs were not working and I pulled the axles to find more problems. The washers were missing or broken, wheel bearings needed replacing, and all of the seals, slinger, and washers on the axle to the differential need replacing. MY MAIN PROBLEM is....theres not a reliable source for my axle/differential parts. I found a couple front axle diagrams but one says you need a needle thrust bearing and axle shaft spacer between outer locknut and snap ring. The other diagram shows that you only need that axle shaft spacer only (both of these diagrams are for dana 35-27spline axle with manual locking
hubs). What I need is clarification on these diagrams, names, and part numbers for for all the seals and washers from the axle to the differential on both sides. This is a real challenge so please, I need an experienced tech to help me with this project hub swap, seal, and washer replacement.

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Well. Since I replied to your question in the other thread where I should have greeted you, I will greet you here where I should have replied to your question. (I really need to pay more attention to details.)
