94 Vulcan head swap

My truck needs new heads. She still runs good, and she surprises me with how well she runs with all 6 exhaust seats sunk. I was curious on y'all's opinion. Should i buy new cast heads or should I use the aluminum heads from the newer years?

Rangers used the 3.0l OHV Vulcan engine, so only heads for it are cast iron

You may be seeing the 3.0l OHC engine heads
