questions is how hard would it be to swap his stuff into a 92 longbed 2wd with a bad auto?

I went and towed it to his house today and looking it over it will be resurrectable he didn't hurt the cab the nose was already damaged from a prior accident and needed replacing anyway and he demolished the side of bed
