Welcome to TRS :)

None of those will cause a crank but No Start

On the 2.3l SOHC Lima Ranger or B2300, the most common cause of a No Start is broken timing belt
Can you see the Cam gear turning behind the cover when cranking engine?

Any time you have a Crank but No Start you do 50/50 test FIRST
Spray gasoline or Quick Start(ether) into the engine and try to start it
If it starts and then dies you have no fuel getting into the engine
If it doesn't start then you have no Spark(or no compression, timing belt)
50/50 quick and easy

That will get you on the right track, fuel or spark

okay so update, I replaced the crank position sensor and during that i replaced the water pump thermostat and timing belt and radiator. I got it to run yesterday and start up. got some different codes to pop (as follows)
335 o
10
211 c
224 c
157 c

I noticed it seems to run rough at idle. Smooths out once it gets around 1500rpm

To answer your question/recommendation correctly. The timing is correct and everything looks good on that side of things. At this point I am thinking something with spark plug or controllers maybe sensors. That stuff is where I dont know much and am lost.

It wouldn't "smooth out" at higher RPMs if it didn't have enough fuel to idle OK

Double check your Coil Pack spark plug wires, and that they go to the correct cylinders

157 (R,M) Mass Air Flow signal is/was low or grounded - MAF
211 (M) Ignition PIP signal was erratic or missing - Ignition Systems
224 (M) Failure in ignition coil primary circuit - Ignition Systems
335 (O) EGR feedback signal is/was out of range - EVR or PFE

With this many codes it seems like some wiring is loose, check connector on ICM(spark module) on lower intake
Also other connectors, unplug any you can see, look inside for corrosion and plug them back in, that cleans them

335 can cause "barely running" if EGR valve is stuck open, remove its vacuum hose and start engine

211 and 224 are both spark related, spark is timed by crank sensor so it must also be correctly timed, not just the timing belt
PIP is the crank sensor signal

157 usually means wiring issue at MAF connector, check it
