My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Did you check Skyjacker?

If I recall correctly from when I ordered my loft kit, they seem to put a 2" pitman arm in their 4" kits and 4" arm in the 6" kits. I know mine was a 4" drop with my 6" lift.

Also, and hopefully someone can confirm, I believe F150's may use the same pitman arm. You might have decent luck finding a 2" drop on an F150 in the junk yard.

Your best bet for that will be getting one at a junkyard.
Pitman arms are not normally wear items, so chances are quite good any one you get will be just as good as one you buy new (this after you've cleaned any dirt & grime off it anyway).
You also could try the Wanted section here (if you haven't already done so), maybe someone has one laying around that they took off while installing a suspension lift.

F-150 arms IIRC are all flat like the 2WD Ranger arm would be. The arm would have to come from a 4x4 Ranger, or a Bronco II or Explorer (4x4 & 2WD BII and Ex will have the same arm).

I have a spare factory 4x4 pitman arm, PM me and I can send you some pics if you think that will be what you need.

This is another option that could work:

^ that is the exact replacement for the High Rider truck (1.5" factory lift.) It is also identical to pitman arms that come with most 4" lifts. IMO it's too much drop for a 1.5" lift, the steering linkage ends up slightly lower than where it should be. But it's perfect for up to about 4" of lift.
