Hey guys I have a 89 Bronco 2 and an 85 ranger, I have some questions about swapping the transmissions. The Bronco has the automatic A4LD with an electric transfer case, the truck has a Mitsubishi 5 speed and a Manual t-Case. the truck has the 2.8l and the bronco has the 2.9l. My question is, is it possible to put the trucks manual transmission and Manual t case in the bronco, will it bolt right up? has anyone done this? And my other question question is, will my driveshaft from the automatic work with the manual, i have a 6" lift and a dana/spicer 32" driveshaft, i dont want to drive it with the slip yolk maxed out. Finally can i just swap the tranny and t case, put in the trucks clutch and be all set or is their major wiring and fab work needed to put the Manual trans in the bronco??
any wisdom on this would be much appreciated, thanks
