87/92 ranger frame and drive train swap

I am planning on using a 1992 frame and drive train and putting a 1987 ranger body on it. I am wondering about the wiring.. Dash and 4x4. I can use all the wiring off the 1992, but will in link up to the 87 dash and the push button 4x4 ? Thank you
